Douglas Clarke
President
Douglas Clarke is the former CEO of Douglas Aerospace Pty Ltd, with decades of experience in aviation, aircraft refurbishment, and commercial operations.
He founded Douglas Aviation Pty Ltd in the 1970s before expanding into charter aviation and later establishing Douglas Aerospace as a leading commercial and defence aircraft refurbishment company. Under his leadership, the company completed projects for the Australian Defence Force, Qantas, Airbus, Virgin Australia, Rex Airlines, Alliance Airlines, the Indonesian Military, Northrop Grumman, and the Australian Government.
Today, Douglas continues his involvement in the aviation industry through Aircraft Painting Pty Ltd, specialising in aircraft painting and refinishing services.

Lisa Hoang

Master of Economics, Founder and CEO of Impact Investment Consultancy in South Australia specializing in import-export, trade promotion, investment advisory, and business connections between Australia and Vietnam.
20 years of experience in economics, education, and international investment consulting, lecturing in economics at universities and government training institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Vu Pham
Vice president
Vu Pham is a passionate entrepreneur and community leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing, events, and launching new ventures. He is dedicated to fostering relationships and promoting bilateral trade between Vietnam and Australia by leveraging his extensive network in both countries.
He currently serves as the Adelaide Lead for OV- Overseas Vietnamese, the Adelaide Ambassador for InterNations, and as a committee member for the Hong Kong Australian Business Association South Australian Chapter and the Australian Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce South Australia.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Universal Business School in Sydney.

Proven track record as a Global Trade Connector and Brand Representative for major markets, including the UK, Australia, the US, and China. Currently expanding global footprints as the Owner and Director of IBAS, focusing on Migration, Investment, and Trade operations in South Australia since 2024.

Alberto Curiel

Alberto Curiel is a Finance Broker working across residential, investment, commercial and business lending, with a strong focus on helping clients structure finance for property acquisition, development, business growth and long-term wealth creation.
He works with investors, business owners and professionals to assess funding options, improve lending structures and identify suitable pathways for residential and commercial property, development opportunities and business finance. His approach is centred on understanding the broader objective behind each transaction and building finance strategies that support both immediate needs and future plans.
Originally from Spain and now based in Australia, Alberto also has a particular interest in helping migrants navigate the Australian finance and property system, including those establishing themselves, purchasing homes or building investment portfolios.

John Jenkins is an experienced business executive with over 20 years of leadership across hospitality, real estate, consulting, retail, franchising, and international trade. He has a strong track record in business development, strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence. As Managing Director of VietBridge Consulting and Trading, John focuses on business growth, market expansion, and creating cross-border trade and investment opportunities between Vietnam and international markets.
Hong Tran
Regional Manager
Hong Tran brings experience in technical sales, business development and customer relationship management across multiple sectors, including fresh produce and plastics manufacturing. Through her work with RST in South Australia’s Virginia region, she worked closely with growers across the state, developing a strong understanding of the Australian fresh produce market, growers’ needs and the practical challenges facing the industry.
Previously, as Technical Sales Manager at BMI Polymer JSC, Hong gained extensive experience in technical sales and international business development, helping customers identify recycled plastic solutions suited to their manufacturing requirements.
Combining hands-on industry experience with a background in chemical engineering and environmental management, Hong brings a practical, customer-focused approach to building business relationships.
Based in Western Australia, Hong is keen to connect with local growers, producers and industry partners. As an AVTM partner, she aims to help Australian and Vietnamese businesses explore opportunities for trade and collaboration, with a particular focus on fresh produce, agriculture and sustainable business practices.
