Douglas Clarke
President
Douglas Clarke is the former CEO of Douglas Aerospace Pty Ltd, with decades of experience in aviation, aircraft refurbishment, and commercial operations.
He founded Douglas Aviation Pty Ltd in the 1970s before expanding into charter aviation and later establishing Douglas Aerospace as a leading commercial and defence aircraft refurbishment company. Under his leadership, the company completed projects for the Australian Defence Force, Qantas, Airbus, Virgin Australia, Rex Airlines, Alliance Airlines, the Indonesian Military, Northrop Grumman, and the Australian Government.
Today, Douglas continues his involvement in the aviation industry through Aircraft Painting Pty Ltd, specialising in aircraft painting and refinishing services.

Lisa Hoang

Master of Economics, Founder and CEO of Impact Investment Consultancy in South Australia specializing in import-export, trade promotion, investment advisory, and business connections between Australia and Vietnam.
20 years of experience in economics, education, and international investment consulting, lecturing in economics at universities and government training institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
A strategic advisor to Singaporean investment corporations. Founder and CEO of Impact Investment Consultancy since 2016.
Currently, CEO and director in agricultural import and export activities and also serves as the Regional Manager at EC Travel.

Vu Pham
Vice president
Vu Pham is a passionate entrepreneur and community leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing, events, and launching new ventures. He is dedicated to fostering relationships and promoting bilateral trade between Vietnam and Australia by leveraging his extensive network in both countries.
He currently serves as the Adelaide Lead for OV- Overseas Vietnamese, the Adelaide Ambassador for InterNations, and as a committee member for the Hong Kong Australian Business Association South Australian Chapter and the Australian Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce South Australia.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Universal Business School in Sydney.

Over 17 years of leadership in the immigration and education consulting industry, serving as the Founder and CEO of ANS Migration & Education since 2008, specializing in international investment, settlement, and relocation services. Proven track record as a Global Trade Connector and Brand Representative for major markets, including the UK, Australia, the US, and China. Currently expanding global footprints as the Owner and Director of IBAS, focusing on Migration, Investment, and Trade operations in South Australia since 2024.

Manuel Solente

Manuel Solente is an experienced tutor specialising in Mathematics, including Methods, Specialist, and General Mathematics.
Beyond education, Manuel has extensive experience in accounting, agriculture, and business development. His diverse background combines strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science from Flinders University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Macquarie University, and has done a CPA.
He also participated in the Australia–Vietnam Trade Mission (AVTM) 2026.
