As part of the familiarisation trip, representatives from international tourism organisations, including Australia Vietnam Trade Mission (AVTM), EC Travel, and Dream Tree Organization, had the opportunity to explore the diverse range of services and experiences at FLC Ha Long — from accommodation and dining to golf and MICE facilities.
